In order to improve our English, my friend and I decide to wake up early and practice our spoken English. At first, I am so excited, I wake up before 7 o’clock, but a week passes, I find it is hard for me to wake up so early, now I have given up. I know I will give up so easily, I must have the strong will. So from now on, I need to get up early.为了提高我们的英语，我的朋友和我决定早起，锻炼我们的英语口语。刚开始，我很兴奋，不到七点就起床，但是一周过去了，我发现早起对我来说很难，如今我已经放弃了。我知道自己很容易就会放弃，我必须要有坚强的意志。所以从现在起，我需要早起。
